Full Version: DO YOU KNOW WHY?
I just want to ask all you SFREEPSTERS if you understand why all schools are heavy on the left? I know the answer, and will share that info. But first, what do you think?
That's so funny you posted this question Det. I was just trying to figure out how to starte a thread on this very issue.
I currently attend, in my opinion, the most liberal, leftist school in America. It's called the Evergreen State College. Its ranked high in national rankings but it's unbelievably frustrating.
I was in class and we were working on an assignment. I heard someone talking about McCain, so I looked in that direction and these two radical hippie looking chicks were holding their elbows close to their stomachs and moving around kind of crouched down. They were laughing and making fun of McCain's arms.
It was disgusting! These pot smokers have no idea what he went through so they could make fun of him. It's crazy. That's what's wrong with this society.
I am so out numbered on campus. It's kind of funny really. I don't talk about my political views at all but people assume that I am democrat for just being there so they constantly make bad remarks about anything that is republican... this includes teachers.
I can't complain too much because I knew this college was like that. I am only going there because the class schedules are conducive to my schedule.
I am keeping a journal everyday that I am there. When I graduate, I will write a book for conservatives. I will write it from an Anthropologist's view point studying the liberals.
I am thinking of calling it Donkey's in the Mist. What do you think?

OPEC hates the USA with a passion, the following is a list of those countries. Some hate us a little less than others, but they still all hate us.
Algeria of Africa
Angola of Africa
Ecuador of South America
Indonesia of Asia
Iran of the Middle East
Iraq of the Middle East
Kuwait of the Middle East
Libya of Africa
Nigeria of Africa
Qatar of the Middle East
Saudi Arabia of the Middle East
United Arab Emirates of the Middle East
and
Venezuela of South America
all are making billions and trillions of dollars off of the world, and much of that is from the United States. What does these countries of OPEC do with much of their money? Besides lining their pockets and enjoying terror attacks against us, they make major contributions to our universities, and colleges. With these contributions, our schools are in agreement to share the thoughts of those from OPEC, and those teachings are about hate towards America, and the American DREAM. You see Sfreepsters, it is a power struggle, it is about the spread of Sharia Law, and death to EVERYONE ELSE,..and probably the liberals first since many don't have God in their lives!
We wonder why or how so many in this country are wanting socialism, and even to a great degree.....communism. We wonder how or why Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is allowed to spill his evil, as well as hatred to Americans in an American university such as Columbia (a school that Obama went to as well). Same goes for Venezuela's Hugo Chavez, when he spoke in downtown New York City, and calls our president "SATIN". I don't know about you folks, but I say, "not in my backyard!"
Here is another thing to think about,...we just had the Olympic Games in China, they display the bio on an athlete, the athlete is a track star who graduated from the University of Nebraska, a school in America's Heartland,...this kid is not American,..he is from the OPEC country of Qatar!
I have been scratching my head wondering as to why we see so much of this (schools heavy on the left, evil speakers in the USA, and foreign athletes getting degrees from our universities) and I now know this from some research that I personally conducted.
This is the greatest reason for the USA to wean ourselves off of OPEC oil, drilling on our own land is the answer, the only answer. Teachers in elementary schools are now spreading this hatred because they went to the colleges "of hatred" as well to get their degrees. We will soon become a country with no boundries, and no respect/love for God all because of foreign oil. It was once a tool to keep ties with them, but now, we are just too darn dependent on them.

Don't trust everything you learn in school. And don't let our great country keep turning into a world of hatred.

Since 1985 the price of gasoline has went up 100%... acceptable?
The price of medical insurance went up just over 200%..unacceptable!
The price of a University has went up over 400%...WTF!!!
Obama wants to federally back all student loans( he is masking this under his "making collage affordable" policy)... Whe in reality he is just opening the doors for universities to raise prices even higher while having guaranteed payment... Strapping graduates to $100,000.00 college education mortgages... and promising universities "RECORD PROFITS"!!!

This is a wonderful post Det! I never knew why and this does make some perfect sense. I remember going to a local university and noticing pretty much all of the buildings were named after corporations because of contributions.
Thats right, Obama went to Columbia and that terrorist speaks there too?

The reason that that little correction is all that I posted is because I agree that liberals should not make fun of McCain's war injuries. I also support your right to author any book you want to, as everyone is entitled to. Additionally, I think that knee-jerk liberals are just as culpable as knee-jerk conservatives. Little in this world is so black-and-white that there is only one side of an issue.
Oh, and if you wish to insult me, stick to name-calling...I don't consider the word "liberal" to be an insult.

.I usually don't like to get into very specific grammar or spelling issues. If someone's posts are nearly illegible, ok, but if someone makes typos or doesn't use proper grammar all the time, I don't care. As long as the point is made clearly, that's usually what I'd consider important. I know I don't have a perfect grasp of proper grammar myself, so I don't want to be too critical of it in others!
